Smart Roads Inc. is a private property towing company working across York Region and Peel Region. We remove illegally parked vehicles from lots that belong to somebody else, and we do it at no cost to the property owner, the condominium corporation or the property manager.
What we actually do
Property managers call us when the parking on their site has stopped working. Visitor spaces occupied permanently. Fire routes blocked. Commuters treating a plaza as free all-day parking. Tenants of the building next door taking spaces that residents pay for. We put up compliant signage, take the authorization, patrol or respond on call, and remove the vehicles that should not be there. Every tow is photographed before the vehicle moves and reported afterwards, so the owner can be told exactly where their car is and the property never inherits the argument.
Where we work
We cover Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, King City, Newmarket, Brampton and Mississauga. Trucks stage across that footprint rather than running out of a single yard, which is why most calls are attended within the hour at any time of day or night.
How we operate
We are certified under Ontario’s Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, and our certificate numbers and company identification are displayed on the trucks. A vehicle only moves when the property owner or their named representative has authorized it in writing and correct tow-away signage is posted. Vehicle owners receive an itemized invoice at rates that follow provincial guidelines. That is not a selling point so much as the minimum, but it is worth confirming with any towing company before you sign with them.
